If you’re going to be using the new AT&T Centerpoint energy management solution, it might be wise to check if it’s available on your network.
If not, there’s a good chance you’re out of luck.
The company has confirmed that the new system doesn’t yet have a working outage reporting feature, according to an email to customers.
“We do have a reporting feature for Centerpoint but it does not yet exist for customers that are currently in an outage,” the company wrote in an email sent Monday afternoon.
“This could change in the future and we will keep you posted.”
